Equine Jogging Shoe Warranty
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. Nor damages inflicted by, but not limited to, misuse such as breakthrough when worn over metal horseshoes, failing to fit the Jogging Shoes according to the User Manual, shoes damaged by being stepped on by horse, and similar damages.
Equine Fusion AS gives you a 60-day repair or replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
Areas of usage
The Equine Fusion Jogging Shoe is designed to be used as protection for the horse’s hooves. The shoe can be used on all types of surfaces that are natural to ride on except ice.
Before Use
Read the Equine Fusion Jogging Shoe User Manual carefully. Only when properly fitted and adjusted, the advantage of the shoe and the safety of the rider and horse are safeguarded.
Limitation of Liability
Equine Fusion AS shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential damages that results from the use of, the inability to use, or the misuse, of the Equine Fusion Jogging Shoes, including but not limited to, miscommunication, human error in measuring or upkeep of your purchase, and/or inaccurate information obtained by a third party.
